The children's play area was a hit. Wish the air conditioning worked better.

I liked the location a few minutes walk from Golden Beach and a few minutes drive from the beaches of Papagayo. I liked the space, apartments and bed.
I did not like breakfast, is disorganized and should have more alternatives. Just a coffee machine and a toaster for a room that accommodates over 100 people and was always full. I did not like that on the day of departure (which can be held until 12.00 pm), at 10 am an officer entered the apartment in without knocking at the door saying he needed to take the couch!

Tidy place with good staff. Lovely bed in a clean and adequate room. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Atico. Great restaurant and main bar on-site.

The pools were fab and kids slides a big hit
But the air conditioning system could be improved. We enjoyed our self-catering accommodation, which wassuper clean and cozy, although the wardrobe space was a bit limited. We had a lovely family holiday.

The Pool area is really good, and indoor pool good for winter months
The Rooms need upgrading, little shabby and decor outdated

This was our third time staying at Caybeach Sun and the reason we keep returning is its great location a 10 minute walk to the beach and the promenade and the great pool facilities for children of all ages.
The bar and snack bar not great.

comfortable stay but some room for improvement
The apartment was comfortable enough, with a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The pool area was inviting with plenty of sunbeds for lounging after a swim. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden view that added to the overall charm of the place.
It was often hard to find a sunbed due to early risers.

It is a very pleasent complex, fairly central, reception staff very efficient,
my grandson fell and received 7 stitches during our stay there, and I also saw two other bad falls, whilst there, I think some kind of mats or slip proof tiles should be fitted particularly around slide area. think the beds in the apts need updating as I had a lot of bites on the right side of my body when i returned home, maybe suggesting bugs. found lady in shop to be rude

The staff was very welcoming, the accommodation was pleasant and immaculately clean. Got English breakfasts with food bought in the local shop.

The pools were huge and really clean, the staff were super nice and helpful every day, and the food was good for a half-board option with plenty of choices. We had a great time overall and the atmosphere was chill and friendly!
But the sunbeds were often broken and we had to get up early to grab one. The restaurant could get crowded and the service was a bit slow sometimes.

We have stayed here several times and always find it relaxing with helpful staff.also we request a certain room and have on most occasions have been given it
This time was the first time that the hotel was all inclusive and I think it has spoilt it. It seemed to cater mostly for people who were ia and those who were self catering were slightly ignored.one example was one of the outdoor cafe bars wasnt opened at all during our stay but the pool bar which had pumps on the outside of the bar for people on ai was opened all the time.

Very good value resort. Rooms were good / facilities such as pools, leisure facilities and activities were good.
Food quality & choice was poor.

Very safe and quiet. Convenient to beach and shops. Shop in complex very good and staff really nice. Staff in complex also very helpful and nice.
Towels were very worn and tired! Floors were kept clean but no effort was made to dust. Dust was thick behind the pictures on bedroom wall. Pity, furniture was also dusty (bed-side lockers) I just felt that a little bit of errort would make all the difference.
